General Class Information
- Must cancel class 3 hours prior to the class time. If less than 3 hours prior to class, you lose the class.
- Kid’s classes include the ages 4-11. A parent/guardian must be present to sign a waiver, purchase class, drop-off, and pick-up.
- Adult classes are 12+ years of age.
- We have a limited number of mats for rent ($2), but encourage you to purchase your own mat. You might surprise yourself and use it at home!
- All other props and equipment are provided in the studio.
- Return Policy: Return Policy: All class purchases can be refunded as MindBody credit. Merchandise is nonrefundable.
All-Levels Vinyasa Flow
In Vinyasa Flow, you will connect your breath with movement. Your body becomes a vessel for your breath. Each breath is synchronized with movement. Get ready to awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility in an uplifting atmosphere. This class is open to all-levels of practice. Options and modifications are cued throughout class. More complex variations of poses may be introduced for advanced students while beginners can work through at their own pace. If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend trying a beginner’s class first, but this is not required.
Level 2 Vinyasa Flow
In Vinyasa Flow, you will connect your breath with movement. Your body becomes a vessel for your breath. Each breath is synchronized with movement. Get ready to awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility in an uplifting atmosphere. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced students. Students should have a solid understanding of intermediate yoga postures and breathing techniques. Level 2 is an exciting, challenging, and fun class for those looking to take their practice to the next level.
A fitness-based approach to a Vinyasa style class. You will build strength, flexibility, and concentration while connecting with your breath. Expect an exceptional cardiovascular and strength building sequence with breath work. Come ready to cleanse the body and calm the mind in this 60-mintue, heat-inducing flow. We recommend that you take an All-Levels Vinyasa class prior to taking this, although it is not required.
Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga. With the aid of a chair, students perform postures and breathing exercises. You will experience all the benefits of yoga without getting up and down from the ground. Class will focus to increase balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction. Great class for all-levels.
Vin to Yin
This class is designed to balance your energy and still your mind. In the first half of this class you will move through poses, connecting breath to movement. This will help harness your energy and heat the body for the second half of the class. The second half of class will be spent in yin poses, holding stretches for anywhere from 2-5 minutes. This allows these stretches to target deeper fascial layers of the body. Combining the practices of vinyasa and yin yoga helps promote better mobility and strength in your joints, ligaments, and deep connective tissues while also challenging the wondering mind to stay present.
This is a Hatha style that incorporates essential oils throughout class. Hatha yoga focuses on sustaining poses with attention to basic alignment and observation of breath. Essential oils are used to enhance your yoga practice. Young Living therapeutic grade oils are used to restore balance and promote health. This is a great class for all-levels.
In this Vinyasa style class, you will be guided through basic poses with the opportunity to advance your practice through more challenging variations of poses. Props are encouraged to provide the fullest potential for comfort within each pose. If you’re looking for a more gentle experience, are new to yoga, or need a change of pace, look no further. This is also a good class for those with injuries or limitations. This class is designed for beginners to intermediate students.
Full body workout for all fitness levels. A Vinyasa style yoga class is set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group in the body. Burn calories while building lean muscle tissue. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, uplifted, and strong. Weights are provided in the studio.
Get our of your head and into your body with this all-levels vinyasa flow. This evening class allows for the opportunity to release your week and start anew using breath with movement. Creating balance within will allow more space for joy and peace to ease stress or tension that might arise throughout your week. Come ready to reset, recharge, and reflect.
This is a creative and balanced Vinyasa practice that incorporates all ranges of motion for the hips, shoulders, and spine. Mandala is the Sanskrit word for circle. You can expect to use all four sides of your mat each class.
