What does it mean to be fully present? How do you bring grounding practices into your life to anchor yourself in the present moment?
Join Addy and Meredith for a transformational 5-day, 4-night retreat in the Olympic Peninsula of the Pacific Northwest. This experience will challenge you, offer time for reflection, and guide you into the present; the only moment there is to truly be alive.
Over the course of 5 days Meredith will help you reconnect your electrical roots with the Earth beneath you. This connection will allow you to feel more centered, strong, and balanced; bringing you fully into the present moment. Here’s what you can expect…
Day 1: Arrival to Seattle/ Tourist Day in the city
Day 2: Hike the Pete’s Creek Trail to Colonel Bob’s Peak
Day 3: Hike the Hot River Trail to Mineral Creek Falls/ Hike the Hall of Mosses Trail
Day 4: Excursion in Westport/ Seabrook
Day 5: Departure
Addy joins Meredith to teach a daily yoga practice to help sustain the strength and balance in our bodies. Evening yoga practices will help relax and calm the mind, preparing for the next day to come. You will even be challenged a bit with a Paddle Board Yoga class at Quinault Lake. With each new day comes an intention to offer guidance and reflection.
