Aerial Yoga Tips
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class if possible because we fit you individually into your own hammock.
- Do not wear any clothing with zippers, snaps, etc. Or any jewelry. This has the potential to snag the hammock fabric.
- You will want to wear long sleeves, maybe with a tank layered underneath!
- Do not wear perfumes, oils, or lotions prior to class. They can transfer to the silk.
- Bring a yoga mat! This will go underneath the hammock.
