An outdoor weekend getaway with ample space.

In need of a little weekend getaway in the great outdoors? Join us June 11th-13th, 2021 in Swanton, Ohio for a weekend retreat at a yurt camp. 

Over the course of the weekend you will find yourself immersed in nature. We will explore this grounding energy through movement, breath work, journaling, and more! There will be ample space to spread out and maintain appropriate social distancing. 

Weekend Itinerary

Friday, June 11th
6 pm: Arrive at Yurt Camp
7 pm: Welcome reception and introductions
8:30 pm: Evening Yoga Practice

Saturday, June 12th
8 am: Morning Yoga Practice
9:30 am: Breakfast
10 am: Free Time
12:30 pm: Lunch
1:30 pm: Walking Meditation
2:30 pm: Free Time
6 pm: Dinner
8 pm: Evening Yoga Practice 

Sunday, June 13th
8 am: Morning Yoga Practice
9 am: Breakfast
10 am: Retreat Closing
11 am: Depart Retreat

Join Addy and Meredith for a transformational 5-day, 4-night retreat in the Olympic Peninsula of the Pacific Northwest. This experience will challenge you, offer time for reflection, and guide you into the present; the only moment there is to truly be alive.
Over the course of 5 days Meredith will help you reconnect your electrical roots with the Earth beneath you. This connection will allow you to feel more centered, strong, and balanced; bringing you fully into the present moment. Here’s what you can expect…
Day 1: Arrival to Seattle/ Tourist Day in the city
Day 2: Hike the Pete’s Creek Trail to Colonel Bob’s Peak
Day 3: Hike the Hot River Trail to Mineral Creek Falls/ Hike the Hall of Mosses Trail
Day 4: Excursion in Westport/ Seabrook
Day 5: Departure
Addy joins Meredith to teach a daily yoga practice to help sustain the strength and balance in our bodies. Evening yoga practices will help relax and calm the mind, preparing for the next day to come. You will even be challenged a bit with a Paddle Board Yoga class at Quinault Lake. With each new day comes an intention to offer guidance and reflection.
Prepare to Root and Rise; finding balance and strength in the present moment as you step into your highest potential.
