What classes do you teach at Homegrown Yoga? 
I teach Vin to Yin on Friday's at 4:30 pm. This class is half vinyasa yoga and half yin yoga.

What inspired you to teach yoga? 
Yoga was a gift to give to myself as well as others.

How would you describe your teaching style? 
I like to incorporate yoga poses with movement for a more intense workout.

Fun fact about me? 
Love doing puzzles

What inspires me off my mat?
Listening to students and trying to come up with ways to meet their academic and social needs.

​It is the one place where I can be me.
