With a sturdy chair for support you move through real postures and breathing without ever getting onto the mat. It builds balance, strength, flexibility, and a genuine sense of calm. If the floor is the thing that has kept you from trying yoga, this class was made for you.

Every class here has someone in it taking the easy option, and nobody is watching you. You will not be the only beginner, and you will never be the oldest person who has ever walked in. Pick whatever sounds kind to you today.
