Yoga classes in Bellefontaine, Ohio

We offer yoga classes for every level at our downtown Bellefontaine studio, from slow and gentle to strong and challenging. If you are not sure where to start, you are not alone, and you cannot pick wrong. Here is what each class is so you can choose the one that fits the day you are having.

Classes for beginners and gentler days

Gentle Flow

A slower vinyasa class that moves through basic poses, with props encouraged and the option to go deeper if you want to. Good if you are new to yoga, coming back from an injury, or just want an easier pace. Designed for beginners through intermediate students.

Aroma Yoga

A hatha style class that holds poses with attention to alignment and breath, using essential oils throughout to help you settle. Good for all levels.

Chair Yoga

One of the gentlest classes we offer. With the support of a chair, you move through postures and breathing without getting up and down off the floor. Builds balance, strength, flexibility, and calm. Good for all levels, and a favorite for anyone who wants to practice without the floor work.

Mindful Flow

An evening all-levels vinyasa to let go of the day. Breath with movement, room to release the week. Come ready to slow down.

Stronger and more advanced classes

All-Levels Vinyasa Flow

Breath linked with movement in an uplifting class open to everyone. Modifications are offered throughout, with harder variations for stronger students and a slower path for beginners. New to yoga? A beginner class first is a nice idea, but it is not required.

Yin Yang

Yin holds poses passively for longer to reach the deep connective tissue. Yang is more active and builds strength and stamina. One class, both sides.

Power Flow

A fitness-based vinyasa that builds strength, flexibility, and focus with real cardio in it. A heat-building 60 minutes. We suggest an All-Levels Vinyasa first, though it is not required.

Expand Your Practice

A vinyasa class that works toward a peak pose each month, building the strength and flexibility to get there safely. Made for all levels, with variations to help you see real progress.

What to bring and what to expect

Classes are 60 minutes. Bring a mat if you have one, though we have everything you need at the studio. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Come a few minutes early so you can settle in. If it is your first class, tell us, and we will take care of you.

How to start

The simplest first step is our New Student Monthly Unlimited for $39, which gives you a full month of classes so you can try a few styles. See all prices, view the schedule, or read what to expect at your first class.
