What to expect

A calm warm-up, simple poses held long enough to actually settle into, and lots of “here's an easier option.” There is no part of this class you have to keep up with. We finish lying down for a few quiet minutes. You will not be the only beginner, and nobody is watching you.

Every class here has someone in it taking the easy option, and nobody is watching you. You will not be the only beginner, and you will never be the oldest person who has ever walked in. Pick whatever sounds kind to you today.
